Maintenance Technicians - $30/hr - Odessa, TX
Rolfson Oil is seeking Maintenance Technicians to join their team in Odessa, Texas. This role focuses on maintaining the functionality and safety of company-managed residential units, supporting both routine and emergency maintenance needs. Ideal candidates are experienced, hands‑on professionals with strong problem‑solving skills and a commitment to quality and safety.

- Flexibility to work weekends as needed
- Pool certification (CPO certification preferred)
- Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills
