Hiring Service Technician / Mechanic to perform preventive maintenance and repair of truck-mounted hydraulic utility equipment such as aerial devices, digger derricks, and cranes; construction, mining, and farm equipment.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm, with overtime as needed.

Must hold a valid driver’s license and own mechanics tools.

• Assess, diagnose, repair and/or replace damaged/worn parts on a variety of vocational/utility trucks & equipment.
• Provide repair and maintenance to medium/heavy duty trucks, with background in hydraulics and electrical.
• Ensure quality standards by assessing, diagnosing, and repairing components for various manufacturers of utility equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of parts, services, and labor to track costs and properly price vehicles.
• Submit work/repair orders to a supervisor for approval to maintain budgets and accurate cost reflection.
• Perform all duties in accordance with best practices for a safe work environment.
• Attend monthly safety meetings held by Custom Truck One Source.
• Other duties as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with diesel, medium or heavy truck, or related equipment (construction, farm, military).

• Vocational Technical School or Military Wheeled Mechanic or related training a plus.
• 3+ years maintenance and repair of Utility Trucks and Equipment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Own tools.
