Completion Field Service Technician

PRIMARY

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Install advanced completion tools equipment according to operating procedures or within the scope of its intended use.

* Perform advanced downhole hydraulic calculations.

* Supervise the installation of downhole completion tools, Liner Hangers, Toe Inhiation, Inflatables, Stage Tools, Etc.

* Verify and inspect completion tools equipment and supplies shipped to the wellsite are in proper working condition.

* Report status of on-going activities daily to the Operations Manager.

* Prepare, complete, and submit accurate & thorough end of well reports on a timely basis to the Operations Manager.

* Prepare JSA (Job Safety Analysis) for wellsite operations.

* Hold pre-job meetings, toolbox talks with relevant on location personnel.

* Provide workshop assistance when not at field locations.

* Participates in CAT (Corrective Action Teams) to implement corrective/preventive actions.

* Utilize safe work habits.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

QUALIFICATIONS:

* High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

* Ability to pass a drug screen & background check.

* 3-5 years industry experience with completion tools or a similar/relevant role.

* Must possess a valid Driver's License.

* Required to be available on a 24-hour call basis as needed.

* Basic level computer skills (Microsoft Office) required.

* Good oral and written communication skills.

* Upper and Lower completion tools experience.

* Ability to perform advanced mathematical calculations as it applies to customer requirements.

* Mechanically inclined and proficient in field operations with extensive knowledge of downhole equipment across multiple product line.

* Self-motivated with the ability to follow instructions.

* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively to solve unique problems.

* Ability to adapt and be cross-trained to learn all job duties as required.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
