Ron Hoover RV & Marine Centers is looking for a hands‑on Working Shop Foreman to help lead our Odessa Service Department.
This is not a sit‑behind‑the‑desk management role. We’re looking for a producing foreman who can lead technicians, keep workflow moving, assist with diagnostics and complex repairs, and actively flag labor hours alongside the team.

- Produce and flag labor hours alongside the technician team
- Help manage daily shop workflow and technician productivity
Dispatch and prioritize repair orders to maximize efficiency - Assist technicians with diagnostics, troubleshooting, and complex repairs
- Maintain quality control and reduce comebacks
- Train, mentor, and develop technicians and shop personnel
- Enforce safety procedures and maintain shop organization
- Communicate with management regarding productivity, staffing, and operational needs
- Ensure repair orders, labor tracking, and documentation are accurate and complete
- Previous experience as a Shop Foreman, Lead Technician, or Senior Technician
- Strong RV and/or Marine diagnostic and repair experience
- Ability to lead a team while remaining production-focused
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Good communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Weekend availability as business needs require
