We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Valve Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial valves, ensuring operational efficiency and safety standards are met. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise the installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of industrial valves and related equipment.
  • Diagnose complex valve issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians and team members.
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to optimize valve performance and system reliability.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance procedures and best practices.
  • Conduct inspections and testing to verify valve integrity and functionality.
Skills And Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an industrial valve technician or similar role, with a strong understanding of valve types, functions, and maintenance procedures.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and mentor a team.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to industrial equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and specifications.
  • Relevant certifications or technical training in valve maintenance, instrumentation, or related fields.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and handle heavy equipment.
