• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical & instrumentation systems
• Work in tank batteries, compressor stations, LACT units, refineries, wellheads, power plants, and commercial facilities
• Read blueprints, schematics, P&IDs, and technical drawings
• Troubleshoot electrical systems from low voltage up to 4160V
  , including medium-voltage terminations
• Lead and work alongside 2–6 person crews
• Perform inspections and quality control
• Collaborate with engineers and Company Representatives
• Mentor apprentices and support junior electricians
• Follow all NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards while maintaining a clean and organized work environment

In Person

• Minimum 4 years of industrial electrical experience
• Strong knowledge of motors, transformers, PLCs, VFDs, control panels, and instrumentation
• Experience troubleshooting industrial electrical systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety
• High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
• Valid Driver’s License
