Will Scot Corporation - - Responsibilities:
Inspect modular buildings and perform repairs including framing and finish carpentry, light electrical, flooring, plumbing, painting, and running gear.;
Perform check-in/out inspections of on-rent/off-rent buildings to determine repair scope for invoicing.;
Create floor plan drawings as needed and make modifications requested by customers.;
Maintain inventory levels of equipment/tools/parts for service tasks and ensure trailers are ready for scheduled deliveries.;
Provide courteous customer service and explain repairs to customers; may perform duties at field locations as needed.
