Interface with internal team to understand NOV service equipment, travel to customer sites to inspect, install, commission, test, calibrate, repair, and train customers on NOV products;
Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems (mechanical, electrical);
Performs equipment failure analyses and troubleshoots/diagnoses equipment problems;
Prepares technical reports documenting equipment modifications and maintenance procedures;
Performs field upgrades of software and hardware and trains customers on operation/maintenance;
Self-dispatches and plans daily, weekly, monthly service events
