Energy Job Shop is seeking a Driller on an Odessa, TX rig to oversee safe and efficient drilling operations on the rig floor. You will supervise rig up and rig down procedures, maintain equipment, and ensure crew safety while coordinating with the Rig Manager to meet company goals.
The ideal candidate has rig experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work a 7/14 day schedule, including holidays and nights. Physical endurance to work in varied conditions is required.
