Weatherford is seeking an experienced Field Operator II for the Artificial Lift Systems (ALS) Team in Odessa, Texas. You will install, operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair artificial lift equipment at customer well sites, traveling regularly to locations and working under limited supervision.
Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, documentation, and ensuring safety and high-quality service. Flexibility for on-call work and varying weather conditions is required.
