Tubular Services Technician I
The Tubular Services Technician I supports running and tubular services operations by preparing the rig floor, handling equipment and tools, assisting with rig-up and rig-down activities, and ensuring work is performed safely and efficiently. This role directly supports field operations by helping crews execute casing, completion string, drill pipe, and related tubular service activities in a safe, organized, and service-focused manner.
This position contributes to operational success by maintaining safe work practices, supporting crew members and service company personnel, and helping ensure tubular services equipment is prepared, checked, stored, and used correctly during field operations.

Develop and maintain key relationships that span IT and business partner boundaries, typically at the Manager/Director level, to ensure alignment of technology with business priorities.
Educate IT teams on business partner needs and priorities; conversely, help business partners understand IT processes, capabilities, and ways of working.
Help assigned business partners clarify, develop, and plan for current and future technology needs through consultative engagement.

Perform routine function checks on casing handling and running tools to support safe and effective field operations.
Assist with the setup, movement, organization, and storage of tools and equipment used during tubular services operations.

Identify basic equipment concerns and communicate potential issues to the appropriate crew member, supervisor, or shop personnel

Communicate effectively with rig crew members, supervisors, shop personnel, and service company personnel during field operations.
Assist service company personnel with rigging up or rigging down special equipment and/or tools when instructed by the Driller.

Demonstrate a positive attitude, dependability, and willingness to assist where needed in a fast-paced field environment.

Maintain a safe working environment by following established safety practices, rig safety rules, and company procedures.
Keep the rig floor reasonably clean and organized by picking up tools, storing equipment in designated areas, discarding waste materials, and washing down the rig floor and equipment as needed.
Demonstrate awareness of safe working habits while performing duties in field, rig, outdoor, and non-climate-controlled environments.
Perform all work in a safe manner and maintain a safety- and service-oriented approach during assigned operations.
Non-Essential Functions
Operate a company vehicle when assigned and authorized.
Support shop, yard, or equipment preparation activities as needed.
Assist with general cleanup, inventory support, or basic maintenance-related tasks when directed.
Participate in safety meetings, job briefings, training, or other field operations support activities.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Crew Pusher, Driller, Field Supervisor, or Operations Supervisor.
