Utilities Field Crew Leader – Utilities/Wastewater Collection
Non-Exempt | $23.71 - $28.73
Lead the team that keeps Odessa’s water and wastewater systems running strong. We’re hiring a hands‑on Field Crew Leader to supervise crews, coordinate projects, and ensure safe, high-quality infrastructure work.
What you’ll do:- Lead & support field crews on water/wastewater maintenance
- Coordinate work orders, equipment, and materials
- Inspect job sites for safety & compliance
- Train and mentor team members
- Respond to emergency and on‑call situations
- HS Diploma/GED
- 3+ years W/WW experience (or 2+ years with City Utilities)
- Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Texas Class A CDL
- TCEQ Class C license (or ability to obtain within 12 months)
- Availability for after‑hours, weekends & on‑call rotations
