Water Treatment Operator

DHI - Dalbo Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Water Treatment Operator to support oilfield water and environmental services in the Energy & Utilities department. In this field-based role, you will operate, monitor, and troubleshoot water treatment systems and related equipment to safely support drilling and production. Responsibilities include sampling and testing water quality, adjusting chemical feeds, documenting operating data, and ensuring regulatory and customer compliance.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust water treatment systems and equipment in oilfield environments
• Perform routine sampling and water quality testing to meet regulatory and customer standards
• Record operating data, logs, and reports accurately and on time
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic mechanical, electrical, and process issues
• Follow all company and customer safety policies, procedures, and JSAs
• Conduct field inspections and preventive maintenance on pumps, tanks, pipelines, and treatment units
• Coordinate with dispatch, drivers, and field crews to support water logistics and operations
• Communicate operating status, issues, and recommendations to supervisors and customers
• Assist with system startups, shutdowns, and equipment changeovers
• Support continuous improvement, housekeeping, and environmental compliance efforts
