IC&E Technician II

Calpine Corporation seeks an IC&E Technician II to support reliable, lower-carbon power generation at our natural gas and geothermal facilities. In this role, you will install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair industrial instrumentation, controls, and electrical equipment to ensure safe, efficient plant operation. You’ll perform preventive and predictive maintenance on PLC/DCS systems, analyzers, and motor controls, interpret P&IDs and wiring diagrams, and support startups, shutdowns, and equipment commissioning.

Working on-site with operations and engineering teams, you’ll uphold strict safety, environmental, and quality standards while contributing to continuous improvement and grid reliability.
