Frac Equipment Operators - 14/7 - Camp
- Up to $26/hr
- Odessa, TX
Frac Equipment Operators at Cudd Energy Services play a vital role in advanced hydraulic fracturing operations in the oilfield. Perks & Benefits- Base pay: $17.50 - $26 per hour
- Overtime pay: $26.25 - $39 per hour
- Man camp housing and meals provided

- Experience operating frac equipment (sand, pumps, blender, liquid additive systems, line boss, data van)
- Willingness to work as a team
- Commitment to safety and operational excellence
- Ability to work 12-15 hour shifts, two-week rotations (14/7)
- Physical ability to climb ladders, carry hoses and iron, swing a sledgehammer
