Social Worker, Mental Health

The social worker will conduct client assessments and develop individualized care plans to address social, emotional, and environmental needs. They will also provide counseling, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with healthcare providers and community resources.

• Conduct client assessments to determine social, emotional, and environmental needs

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred
• Valid state licensure or certification as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent (if applicable)
• Proven experience in social work, counseling, or related roles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
• Knowledge of social service resources, community programs, and relevant laws and regulations
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities
