Regional CDL-A Driver

We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a regional hand-unload account. Drivers will transport dry freight across TX, NM, AZ, NV, UT, and CO
, handling 2–3 loads per week. Training includes mentor support
, and trucks can be taken home in a secure location
. Competitive pay is based on load earnings
, with weekly home time
.

• Hand unload dry freight from trailers using gravity rollers (no pallets or lumpers).
• Complete 2–3 loads per week
  , with 2–6 delivery stops per load
  .
• Participate in a 3-load training period with a mentor to learn account procedures.
• Safely operate assigned trucks and maintain compliance with all DOT and company regulations
  .
• Take trucks home when parked in a secure, approved location
  .
• Maintain accurate delivery records and ensure timely deliveries
  .
• Follow regional delivery routes across TX, NM, AZ, NV, UT, and CO.

• Valid CDL-A license
  .
• Minimum 3 months of driving experience (pay increases with experience).
• Clear Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
