Innovation and movement toward a cleaner, less carbon-intensive world accelerates SNF’s growth. We are seeking a reliable and experienced Logistics Percentage Driver to join our transportation team.
This role is ideal for drivers who prefer percentage-based pay, offering higher earning potential based on the value of the loads hauled. You will be responsible for the safe, timely, and efficient delivery of chemicals across regional areas.
- Transport freight over land from point A to point B using company owned trucks and trailers.
- Ensure timely pickups and deliveries according to schedule.
- Verify and secure loads in compliance with DOT regulations.
- Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of vehicle and equipment.
- Maintain accurate logbooks and necessary documentation (e.g., BOLs, fuel receipts, One Hub).
- Communicate with dispatchers and logistics team regarding updates, delays, and incidents.
- Adhere to all safety, traffic, and company regulations.
- High School or Equivalent
- Experience with flatbed or tanker loads.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial trucking or logistics (recommended).
- Valid CDL (Class A or B, depending on type of freight/vehicle).
- Haz Mat endorsement maybe needed.
- Clean driving record (MVR) and background check.
- Strong understanding of DOT regulations and ELD compliance.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic mechanical skills for troubleshooting on the road.
