• Operate heavy‑duty trucks and specialized equipment to transport oversized and heavy loads safely and efficiently.
• Plan routes and obtain necessary permits for transporting oversized cargo.
• Conduct pre‑trip, en‑route, and post‑trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations.
• Load, unload, and secure loads properly using appropriate equipment and techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, inspections, and compliance records.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, clients, and team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues encountered.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local transportation laws and safety regulations.
• Perform routine maintenance and report any mechanical issues to ensure vehicle reliability.

• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for heavy haul and oversized loads.
• Proven experience operating heavy haul trucks, transporting oversized cargo, and loading/unloading heavy equipment (e.g., dozers, loaders, excavators, backhoes).
• Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record.
• Ability to plan and execute complex routes efficiently.
• Good physical condition and ability to handle loading and unloading tasks.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Flexibility to work long hours and travel as required.
