The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Standing (most tasks performed from a standing position). Walking for short distances. Lifting/carrying bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds and stacking onto shelves up to 72 inches high. Carrying large cans (~3 lbs), pizza sauce (~30 lbs), trays of dough (~12 lbs). Pushing and pulling trays on dollies (max 30 lbs). Climbing stairs or ladders for maintenance. Stooping/bending at pizza assembly station for 30‑45 seconds repeated throughout the day.

Crouching/squatting to stock shelves and clean low areas. Reaching overhead occasionally above 72 inches and reaching down to perform tasks such as scooping cornmeal from a barrel or washing dishes. Reaching forward to obtain topping ingredients, clean work surfaces, or answer phones.

Machines, tools, equipment, and work aids include pencils, pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, and pizza peel. Driving tasks include delivering product by car and to customer door, delivering flyers, and door hangers. Requires valid driver's license, safe driving record, and access to an insured vehicle.

Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the delivery area, navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings and private homes while carrying product. Carrying during delivery of pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing. Driving within designated delivery area frequently. Walking between store, delivery vehicle, and customer location. Climbing five or more flights of stairs may be required. Work conditions include exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather when delivering, driving, and couponing.

You must be 18 years of age, possess a valid driver's license with a safe driving record, and have access to an insured vehicle. Must pass a background check. Must navigate adverse terrain and multi‑story buildings.

• General job duties for all store team members (operate all equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product, receive and process telephone orders, take inventory, complete associated paperwork, clean equipment and facility daily).
