Dexter is hiring a CDL Flatbed Driver for a dedicated local route delivering trailer parts to Dexter customers in the Odessa, TX area. You will operate a Freightliner automatic day cab pulling 48’ or 53’ flatbeds, with home most nights and every weekend.
Starting pay ranges from $32–$35 per hour, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus paid in two installments. 1+ year of manual transmission driving experience and a clean record are required. This role offers steady work and a driver-friendly schedule.
