Local Delivery Driver (CDL with Hazmat)

Location:

Odessa, TX (Plant) – Filling Industrial

• Safely load, deliver, and unload compressed gas cylinders to internal and external customer locations.
• Accurately record deliveries and pick‑ups on a load manifest and obtain customer signatures for receipt.
• Collect empty, rejected, or unsold cylinders and return them to the plant or branch for refilling.
• Adhere to Airgas safety standards (SAFECOR) and all regulatory requirements (DOT, EPA, FMCSA, FDA, OSHA).
• Provide warehouse or dock assistance as needed.

• Valid Texas Class A or B commercial driver’s license.
• Valid medical examiner’s card.
• Hazmat and airbrake certifications.
• No more than two traffic convictions or up to two at‑fault accidents within the last three years.
• At least one year of CDL driving experience within the last five years, or proof of completion of a trucking school within the last 12 months.
• Minimum age 21 years.
• Ability to read and comprehend material safety data sheets.
• Ability to routinely lift 25–75 lbs (and occasionally 76–125 lbs with aid of equipment).
• Capacity to operate hazardous cargo for up to eight hours and bend frequently.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines under pressure.
• Forklift operator certification required.
