The City of Odessa is seeking a Street Maintenance Crew Leader to supervise daily street maintenance operations. This position leads crews, ensures job site safety, operates heavy equipment, and responds to emergency callouts.
Key Duties:- Lead and schedule street maintenance crews
- Operate and oversee heavy equipment
- Ensure safety protocols are followed
- Train staff and monitor performance
- Respond to emergency situations
- Complete daily work and equipment reports
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience with heavy equipment
- Valid Texas CDL Class A with Tanker Endorsement
- Ability to work outdoors and respond to 24/7 callouts
