Key Responsibilities:

- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality

- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely manner

- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts

- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely

- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

- Assist with shipping and receiving documentation and procedures

- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred

- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as required

- Basic computer skills for inventory management and documentation

- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods while working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
