MUST BE WITHIN 40 MILES OF ODESSA, TX TO APPLY. MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE UNITED STATES.

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Assist with shipping and receiving documentation and procedures
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as required
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and documentation
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods while working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
