Warehouse Associate I - Odessa, TX
$20 per hour + Signing Bonus
Shift: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday

Priority Wire and Cable seeks self‑starters who can quickly contribute to our warehouse team. Positions offer overtime, benefits, and growth opportunities.

• Work at a fast pace and be flexible to work overtime as needed.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Operate cutting equipment to process wire and cable orders for shipping.
• Use technology such as RF scanners, iPads, and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders for shipping.
• Assist customers with local will‑call orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport reels, pallets, and packages.
• Handle shipping and receiving truck deliveries.

• Lift up to 80 lbs.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
• Use sit‑down forklifts, dollies, and other equipment to move product within the facility.
• Be detail‑oriented, able to multi‑task, and maintain attention to detail.

  Work around moving machines such as order pickers, forklifts, and heavy reels.
• Activity:
  Requires standing, cutting wire, pushing heavy reels, and exposure to dirt.
• Temperature:
  Non‑climate controlled warehouse; temperatures can reach up to 90°F; higher in truck trailers.
• Noise:
  Moderately noisy; hearing protection available.
• Dress code:
  Relaxed with safety footwear (ASTM F2413 approved) required; annual voucher up to $125 for safety footwear; company shirts provided after 90 days.

• Candidates must be 18 years or older and able to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines.
• Previous wire & cable experience is a plus.
