The Inventory Coordinator works closely with Operations, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to ensure product availability, optimize inventory accuracy, and support customer and business requirements.

* What You Will Do:
*** Performed daily inventory cycle counts, investigated and resolved inventory discrepancies, and reported findings to management.
* Received incoming parts, verified quantities and descriptions against vendor packing lists, and ensured accuracy before processing.
* Used Oracle to receive inventory invoices, confirming quantities matched both the packing list and system records.
* Used Apex to process parts requests from different branches, pull parts from inventory, packed and sealed shipments, and prepared orders using UPS or RXO.
* Monitored inventory levels and restocked shelves to maintain adequate stock.
* Completed weekly vendor runs to pick up parts.
* Operated forklifts to safely load and unload freight trucks and move materials throughout the yard.
* Maintained a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment in compliance with safety standards.

* Minimum Qualifications:
*** High School education or equivalent
* 2 years relevant experience managing inventory
* Experience using Oracle or SAP
* Ability to drive a forklift
* Attention to detail
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
* Work in excess of 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week, as required to meet business needs
* Read, write, and speak English fluently
