The Warehouse Technician in Odessa, TX, will be responsible to review the assembled orders to ensure accuracy. Receive, store, and/or distribute material, and inventory material items in warehouse as assigned. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations. Ideal candidate will be detailed oriented and dependable.
Responsibilities
- Process, pack and ship orders accurately
- Maintain inventory of products; restock as needed
- Inspect products for damages; report as needed
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment
- Process, receive and appropriately sort and store incoming products
- Prepare products for shipping
- Follow all safety protocol and warehouse procedures
- Conduct monthly annual inventory counts
- Other duties as assigned
- 1 year warehouse experience or as deemed sufficient by management
- High School education or equivalent
- Knowledge of JDE, SAP or Warehouse or Inventory Management Software
- Experience with preparing and packing items for shipment, including shipping labels and packing slips
- Forklift experience required
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions; heat, cold, rain, wind humidity
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Able to stand, walk, push, pull, lift, bend, reach, sit for extended periods of time.
