Oilfield Shop Hands - 5/2 - Odessa, TX

Shop Hands are needed to support safe and efficient shop, yard, and equipment operations in Odessa, Texas. This role involves cleaning, maintaining, rebuilding, loading, unloading, and moving company equipment and materials. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, able to handle physical demands, and has experience with material handling and basic mechanical tasks.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education
• Valid, state-issued Class C driver license; CDL a plus
• Prior work experience in a warehouse and with material-handling equipment preferred
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and team lift up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, squat, push/pull, kneel, and climb ladders up to 15 ft.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Reliable telephone and transportation
• Must pass pre-employment and job-relevant screenings
• Ability to work in both shop and outdoor yard environments with exposure to temperature extremes
• Wear required PPE (steel-toed boots, safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection)
