Inventory Yard Material Handlers

NCW is hiring Inventory Yard Material Handlers to support operations in a professional, fast-paced yard environment. In this role, you will receive, organize, and stage materials, track inventory, and prepare orders for shipment or pickup. You'll safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment, complete accurate counts, update inventory systems, and maintain a clean, organized yard. This position requires strong attention to detail, ability to work outdoors in varying conditions, and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and stage incoming materials in the yard
• Perform accurate inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Pick, stage, and prepare materials for shipment or pickup
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
• Update inventory systems and maintain basic documentation
• Organize and maintain a clean, orderly yard layout
• Follow all safety policies, PPE requirements, and procedures
• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams
