Overview
We are seeking a Receptionist/Hospitality specialist
to join our team at IST Management Services!
Ideal candidates will have relevant receptionist experience, customer service and a desire to grow their professional career in business services. We are committed to both excellence for our clients and upward mobility for our employees.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Limited evenings as needed to support client events Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00

ResponsibilitiesThe Receptionist will provide coverage for the front desk, and support the hospitality team coordinating firm events both internal and for clients.
- Serve as the first point of contact for the office and check in all guests
- Assist with the coordination of the conference center. Scheduling meetings, setting up the rooms, coordinating with vendors
- Flexible schedule to assist with evening events that occur once or twice a month.
- Maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image (exceptional interpersonal and phone skills are a must)
- Provide administrative support, as needed
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Must be prompt, responsible, reliable and maintain confidentiality

- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer and Internet savvy
- Must have attention to detail and critically think through and resolve problems
- Must have customer service skills, and be able to maintain a consistent, high level of service
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Willingness to cross-train for other job functions
