Join the Auffenberg Dealer Group as a Detail Technician in O'Fallon, IL. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the appearance of our vehicles, ensuring each one meets our high standards of cleanliness and presentation before reaching our customers.

• Thoroughly clean and detail vehicles, both interior and exterior, to company standards.
• Prepare vehicles for delivery by washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing.
• Inspect vehicle surfaces and repair minor blemishes or report major issues to management.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working order.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies while performing duties.
• Work efficiently to meet daily detailing targets.

• Previous experience in auto detailing or related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.

• Competitive pay rate of $15-$17 per hour, paid weekly.
