• Direct and supervise all staff and responsibilities
• Must be able to effectively communicate with staff, volunteers, and parents of program participants
• Requires the ability to supervise, train and evaluate performance of class participants and instructors.
• Must have good organizational and planning skills and sound judgment.
• Aid in member retention by being knowledgeable, caring, and friendly to all members.
• Any administrative duties as needed per program
• Ensure the safety of all participants of the program assigned
• Organizes and oversees program activities and events.
• Recruits and coordinates volunteers from the local community.
• Coordinates and monitors teen summer camps.
• Organizes, and conducts leaders clubs and other teen activities and events.
• Secures facilities for program activities and events.
• Performs all other duties as assigned
