Med/Surg-Telemetry RN

Shift: 12-hour nights, 18:45–07:15 (Fri/Sat/Sun block schedule)

Guaranteed hours: 36 hrs/week (3 × 12s)

Required:

1 year med-surg / cardiac / telemetry experience

Required certifications: ACLS, NIH, BCLS

Key clinical skills:

• Cardiac telemetry / dysrhythmia recognition
• Management of cardiac and vasoactive drips (no titration)
• Heparin protocols, blood product administration
• IV starts/maintenance, phlebotomy
• BiPAP/CPAP management, oxygen delivery
• Pre/post cardiac cath care
• Participation in rapid response / code teams

Weekend requirement:
Yes — this is a weekend position (Fri/Sat/Sun block)

Float:
May be required to float between facilities and within the facility as needed

Orientation: 24 hours

RTO restrictions:
Max 7 days of RTO within a 13-week contract; no RTO allowed first week; additional RTO rules apply

Vaccines: COVID-19 vaccine not required; flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions allowed)
