We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient orthopedic clinic in O'Fallon, IL. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced Physical Therapists while providing hands-on, patient-centered care to a diverse outpatient population.

· Assist Physical Therapists in delivering high-quality outpatient care

· Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed PT

· Provide hands-on therapy for orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and sports-related conditions

· Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and home programs

· Document treatments accurately and efficiently using EMR systems

· Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

· Active Illinois PTA License required

· Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
