Maintain up-to-date knowledge of produce and educate team members on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively to provide customer service;
Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area; assist customers and answer questions as needed;
Receive and stock merchandise in an organized manner; manage inventory to reduce out-of-stock and over-stock situations;
Understand quality, safety, and sanitation standards for produce; adhere to policies and regulations;
Utilize handheld technology and digital tools to support production, training, and product quality while engaging with members.
