Floorcare Technician – Yona Solutions

Full‑time, Entry level.

• Maintain knowledge of hard‑surface floor maintenance principles and apply proper procedures including stripping, refinishing, and burnishing.
• Operate equipment for cleaning large areas of floor surface.
• Follow carpet maintenance procedures—shampooing, extracting, spot cleaning, vacuuming, etc.
• Operate floor care equipment as assigned.
• Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
• Disinfect floor care equipment after each use.
• Safely mix and use cleaning solutions, adhering to all safety precautions.
• Complete other duties and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

• Previous experience as a floor care technician or in a related role preferred.
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks.
• Capable of frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 50 lbs.
• Reliability and punctuality, including willingness to work at varying times of day/night.
• Ability to accomplish all responsibilities without supervision or assistance from other employees.
• Must provide a criminal background check.
