Private Duty Nursing Supervisor (RN) - Illinois Licensed

Pay: $70-$80k annually

Are you a compassionate, detail‑oriented RN looking to take the next step in leadership? We're seeking a Private Duty Nursing Supervisor to support our growing team and ensure exceptional in‑home care for our clients across Missouri.

• Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and support to field nurses
• Conduct in‑home supervisory visits to ensure high‑quality, compliant care
• Develop, review, and update individualized care plans
• Train, mentor, and onboard nursing staff
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance (Missouri)

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois (required)
• Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills
• Experience in home health, private duty nursing, or related field preferred
• Must have nursing supervisory experience
• Ability to build trust and communicate clearly with clients, families, and staff
