OverviewMemorial Hospital Belleville is an acute care hospital offering medical and surgical services, critical and emergency care, and pediatric emergency care. The hospital provides a full range of diagnostic and treatment services, heart and vascular care, and has been accredited as a Chest Pain Center, Stroke Ready Hospital, and Lung Cancer Screening Center. Memorial has been Magnet‑recognized for nursing excellence since 2008.
Memorial Hospital Shiloh, a 94‑bed all‑private‑suite hospital, also holds Magnet status and offers emergency care, labor & delivery, nursery, medical and surgical services, and critical care. Perioperative Services supports surgical, gastroenterology, cardiac catheterization laboratory, and pain center patients across inpatient and outpatient settings, providing comprehensive peri‑operative care for adults and children.
- Promote patient‑ and family‑centered care in a healing environment.
- Educate patients and families on managing illness or injury, including post‑treatment home care needs and medication administration.
- Participate in activities that promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Engage in professional development.
- Develop, implement, and document individualized plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team, patients, families, or caregivers, following established guidelines and nursing standards.
- Proactively plan and ensure communication of the plan of care across the continuum of care.
- Use critical nursing skills to assess and evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs in accordance with standards of care.
- Assess patient preferences and barriers to care, including values, emotions, spirituality, culture, and population‑specific needs.

Minimum Requirements- Education:
Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing. - Experience:
