As part of our Quality team, you'll be responsible for ensuring products meet the highest standards of safety and quality by:

• Performing laboratory testing on milk, flavored milk, and cultured dairy products
• Collecting and analyzing in-process and finished product samples
• Conducting pH analysis, wet chemistry testing, and basic microbiological evaluations
• Utilizing laboratory equipment and precision pipetting techniques
• Documenting and reviewing test results to ensure regulatory and company compliance
• Participating in sensory evaluations and product taste testing
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and food safety programs
• Maintaining an organized, audit-ready laboratory environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field
• Laboratory, manufacturing, quality assurance, or quality control experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Desire to learn, grow, and build a career in quality and food safety

Pay and Benefits:
