Sales Associate – Become one of our Sales Associates by fulfilling the merchandising needs of our grocery-related customers through stocking the shelves and building and maintaining displays, and by partnering with nationally recognized customers such as Walmart, Publix, Target and more. • Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez’s visit method to cover any teammate as needed.
• Order product (via iPad/tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, Belvita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’s merchandising guidelines.
• Ensure the Sales Representative’s negotiations with store managers are followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz management.
• Follow the daily route plan prepared by the operations team to ensure the most efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Work with Merchandisers to ensure inventory is fully stocked, rotated, and presentable at all times.

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid REAL r’s license (state-issued), U.S. passport, or federal  role will service a military base facility where a valid REAL , U.S. passport, or federal  required to access.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment and meet defined physical activities such as repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. This includes moving products from stock rooms to store shelves.
• Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location:
  Collinsville, IL.
• Ability to drive to secondary locations: O'Fallon, IL.
• Full schedule availability required.
• Mondelez International also offers a company vehicle, which includes a gas card and vehicle maintenance program.

• The base salary range for this position is $40,600 to $55,825; the exact salary depends on factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a bonus program with potential for over achievement based on performance and company results.
• Benefits include health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education-related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some benefits have eligibility requirements and may be subsidized or fully paid by the company.
