Assistant Salon Manager

Position Overview

We’re looking for passionate, hard‑working individuals to represent our nationwide brand as Salon Director / Store Manager at Palm Beach Tan.

• Meeting sales goals measured daily, weekly, and monthly
• Assisting with hiring and training Beauty Consultants
• Assisting with ongoing team training
• Conducting customer consultations regarding skin care, tanning, and beauty products
• Ensuring all company and legal policies, procedures, and requirements are met
• Maintaining a clean and organized salon
• Cash handling, opening, and closing the business
• Tracking goals and performance metrics

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Leadership or management experience helpful
• Minimum age 18
• Able to stand, bend, walk for long periods (7 hours per day)
• Able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
