Our Bakery/Packager associates prepare fresh baked items daily for our members by following recipes, wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise. You will help members with bakery orders while managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. The role supports a large bakery team focused on member satisfaction and operational excellence.

• Collaborate: Work with fellow associates to build a strong bakery team and adapt to cross‑department responsibilities.
• Produce: Operate baking equipment, follow recipes, wrap, label, and store merchandise while ensuring food‑safety, sanitation, and inventory standards.
• Use technology: Leverage handheld devices for production decisions, inventory management, and quality control.
• Maintain: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with company policies; secure fragile items and eliminate waste.
• Engage members: Provide customer service, answer questions, and assist with purchasing decisions.
• Adhere to policies: Follow procedures, ethics, and the Open Door policy in all business processes.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment.

• Previous bakery or food service experience.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Experience with handheld ordering or inventory systems.
