- Perform various tests and inspections on construction materials.
- Write and electronically complete reports regularly.
- Communicate verbally with site and office personnel.
- For more experienced personnel, supervise and train less-experienced staff as needed.

New full‑time employees are eligible to participate in the SCI Training Success Incentive Program, which provides an opportunity to earn up to a $500 bonus upon obtaining specific certifications within the first nine months of employment. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in standardized situations.
- Basic logical understanding of smartphones.
- Logical approach to problem solving.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or the equivalent.
- No previous experience required; at least one year of relevant experience preferred.
- Must be able to travel to the office and job sites on a daily basis.
- Valid driver’s license and current driver’s insurance.
- Must be available for overtime and weekend work as needed.
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
- Must enjoy working outside.
