Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive corporate development and performance improvement initiatives, ensuring clear linkage to corporate priorities and measurable value creation.
- Identify and quantify value levers across cost savings, margin improvement, and growth opportunities, translating insights into actionable initiatives.
- Analyze financial, commercial, and operational performance to identify gaps, challenge assumptions, and drive fact‑based decision‑making.
- Develop high‑quality, executive‑ready insights, presentations, and decision materials for senior leadership and Board‑level discussions.
- Lead cross‑functional and cross‑regional alignment, ensuring accountability for milestones, targets, and delivery of results.
- Establish and maintain robust governance and performance‑tracking frameworks, including KPI definition, value tracking and risk mitigation.
- Drive disciplined execution and follow‑up, ensuring initiatives deliver sustainable and measurable impact.
- Support and actively shape change management efforts, embedding a culture of accountability and performance excellence.
- 6–8 years of experience in corporate strategy, transformation, performance improvement, value creation or top‑tier consulting, ideally in a multinational environment.
- Strong experience in leading complex programs or work streams with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to structure complex topics and translate them into clear roadmaps and business actions.
- Deep understanding of financial and commercial drivers (EBIT, margins, cost structures, productivity KPIs) and their connection to value creation.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to link strategy to execution and financial outcomes.
- Highly structured, hands‑on, and results‑oriented mindset with strong ownership.
- Strong communication skills.
- Collaborative team player with an international mindset.
