SENN AG in Oftringen sucht eine/n HR-Assistent/in zur ganzheitlichen Betreuung des HR-Lifecycles. Sie bearbeiten die Personaladministration, betreuen Mitarbeitende und tragen Sorge für eine professionelle Rekrutierung inkl. Inserate, Bewerbung und Gespräche.
Zusätzlich unterstützen Sie die Lernenden im KV-Bereich, bereiten die monatliche Lohnverarbeitung vor und pflegen Kennzahlen sowie Statistiken. Bewerbungen in Deutsch erfolgen vorzugsweise digital.
