Join our team in BAC Pool Systems AG located in Oftringen Area, Switzerland (German-Speaking region).

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our Swiss team, supporting the marketing strategy and execution for our B2B business focused on swimming pools and pool covers. Based in the German-speaking area near Oftringen, you will play a key role in strengthening Fluidra’s brand presence, driving customer engagement, and supporting sales through effective marketing initiatives.

• Develop and execute local marketing plans aligned with the company’s global strategy.
• Support sales growth by creating targeted B2B campaigns, promotional activities, and digital content tailored to installers, distributors, and professional partners.
• Coordinate events and trade shows, including logistics, materials, and communication before and after events.
• Manage digital marketing channels, including websites, newsletters, and social media, ensuring content consistency and brand alignment.
• Collaborate with HQ and regional marketing teams to ensure brand and message coherence across all communications.
• Localize marketing materials (brochures, presentations, videos, etc.) for the Swiss market, particularly for the German-speaking region.
• Analyze campaign performance and market trends to provide insights and optimize marketing actions.
• Maintain relationships with key partners such as agencies, suppliers, and local industry associations.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a positive attitude and the following:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business Administration
.

• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing
  , ideally within the construction, manufacturing, or pool/spa industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (CRM, email marketing, analytics, SEO, social media).
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Fluency in German and English
  . Italian and French are a plus.
• Creative mindset with a hands-on attitude and the ability to work independently.
