Job Summary / Basic FunctionThe department assistant will be expected to assist with a variety of department and program‑specific activities, including tasks related to assessment and data management, videography, support of academic activities/classes, and other miscellaneous administrative responsibilities. This position is 50/50 eligible; students must be enrolled full‑time and have at least a 2.0 GPA in order to qualify. This is a pooled position. Applicants are selected from the pool as positions become available.
After a period of time, the pool will expire and applicants will be notified.
- Strong computer and interpersonal skills.
- Prior office/administrative and videography experience.
