Position Title: Operational Executive Assistant
Reports To: Executive Leadership
Location: In-office – Ogden, Utah
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $60,000–$80,000 annually, based on qualifications & experience
Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly capable and ambitious individual to serve as an Operational Executive Assistant, supporting executive leadership in implementation of cross-departmental initiatives and the advancement of operational efficiency.
This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, execution-driven, with an insatiable interest in technology, systems, and process improvement, and who is seeking a challenging career in a fast-paced, high-consequence environment within a large multi-jurisdictional personal injury law firm.
This position offers a unique opportunity for a motivated individual who may not yet have extensive experience but is eager to learn, meaningfully contribute, and demonstrate value through performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Systems & Process Understanding: Gain an in-depth understanding of the firm’s existing systems, tools, and operational processes.
- Project Coordination & Execution:
- Under the direction of executive leadership, coordinate with department leaders to implement new initiatives and projects.
- Track progress, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Reporting & Executive Support:
- Prepare clear summaries, dashboards, and status updates for executive review.
- Provide administrative and organizational support to executive leadership as needed.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of comfort with technology and strong interest in tools, systems, and process improvement.

- Ability to work effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Bachelor’s degree in a science, technical, or analytical field.
