Part-Time Scale Clerk for Construction Demolition Transfer Station

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Part-Time Scale Clerk for a busy construction & demolition transfer station operation in Ogden Utah.

• Thursday & Fridays: 6:45 AM – 5:00 PM
• Possible one Saturday a month

This position is ideal for someone who is punctual, reliable, organized, and comfortable working with customers and drivers in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a long-term team member with strong communication and basic office skills.

• Operate truck weight scales accurately and efficiently
• Assist drivers and customers at the service window
• Weigh customer loads in and out
• Print fee tickets and process transactions
• Handle credit card payments and maintain cash drawer accuracy
  
  Track and input daily ticket information
• Perform general office and administrative duties as needed
• Provide professional and friendly customer service

• Basic office and computer skills required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a busy work environment
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
